NBA: LA Lakers crash again at Staples Center as Kevin Durant stars for Oklahoma

Kevin Durant scored 43 points as the Oklahoma City Thunder condemned the LA Lakers to a franchise-worst seventh straight home loss with a 107-103 victory at Staples Center.
  Durant scored 19 points of his impressive haul in the fourth quarter as Oklahoma took a one-and-a-half-game lead over Indiana for the NBA's best record.
Durant has now racked up 40 or more points in a game eight times this season.
In Thursday's only other match, the Chicago Bulls claimed their fourth straight regular season win over the Brooklyn Nets, with Taj Gibson scoring 16 points as they claimed a 92-76 success.
Carlos Boozer recorded 15 points following three games out with a strained calf and Joakim Noah finished with 14 points and 13 rebounds.
