The Yes Movement is well and truly underway.
Not
only will Daniel Bryan, the darling of the WWE Universe, fight for the
World Heavyweight Title inside the Elimination Chamber, but he now holds
another victory over current champion, Randy Orton. The submission specialist defeated The Viper on more than one occasion over the summer and he added to that tally on Raw after kneeing his foe in the face in the evening's main event.
However, Orton - who was informed on the opening segment of Monday's show that he would fight each of his Elimination Chamber opponents in singles matches before the six-man showdown in Minneapolis on February 23 - had the last laugh.
The Apex Predator and Bryan's former tag-team partner, Kane, combined to assault the bearded grappler, an attack that was rubberstamped by a shattering chokeslam from The Big Red Monster.
Sheamus and Christian are two of the Superstars that will join Bryan and Orton inside the Elimination Chamber - John Cena and Antonio Cesaro are the others - and both recorded victories in Omaha.
Sheamus cracked Curtis Axel with a Brogue Kick, while Christian, just as he had done on Friday Night Smackdown to earn his shot at Orton's strap, knocked off one-time ECW rival Jack Swagger - much to the chagrin of the Real American's buddy, Cesaro.
February's extravaganza, which will be live on Sky Sports, will also feature a scintillating six-man tag-team tussle between The Shield and The Wyatt Family, and both factions underlined their credentials with notable triumphs on the red brand.
The black-clad renegades - despite some tension between Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns - defeated Big E Langston, Kofi Kingston and Rey Mysterio, and The Wyatts proved too tough for Dolph Ziggler, R-Truth and Xavier Woods.
Elsewhere, Batista and Alberto Del Rio came to blows - before Mexico's Greatest Import slinked to safety and avoided a Batista Bomb - and Titus O'Neil won for the first time since beating up pal Darren Young, conquering ex-United States Champion, Zack Ryder.
The WWE Tag Team Titles, meanwhile, remain around the waists of the New Age Outlaws, after the veterans edged Cody Rhodes and Goldust in a steel cage match, with Billy Gunn's Famouser on Rhodes settling proceedings.
Plus, in Divas action, NXT's Emma pipped Fandango's accomplice, Summer Rae, in a dance-off, and Naomi pinned Aksana as her quest for a crack at AJ Lee's butterfly belt gathered momentum.
Watch Raw and Smackdown every week on Sky Sports and make sure you catch WWE Elimination Chamber, live at 1am on Sunday, February 23 (Monday morning) on Sky Sports 1.
