Tottenham midfielder Etienne Capoue has no regrets about taking his time over making the move to the Premier League, having previously been linked with a switch to Sunday's opponents Liverpool.
It was the right decision. I didn't know that (Liverpool) in particular were interested in me but I knew that English clubs were. I came to Tottenham because it's a very competitive club and it's a strong club. It's what I wanted.

Birmingham manager Lee Clark does not expect to be able to bolster his squad during the January transfer window, given the budget restraints he continues to work within at St Andrew's.
There'll be nothing happening. It'll be very similar to last January in terms of people having to be moved out before any players are brought in. That's the situation now.
